Trout Payment Systems 3.11.2014 - I did a ribbon cutting last week with the Houston NW Chamber for a new bar in the Willowbrook area which is a refreshing change from the usual suburban choices of TGI Fridays, sports bars, and breastaurants. The bar has premium cocktails and liquors, so I've made it a favorite pit stop for a glass neat glass of Macallan or a Bulleit mint julep. Stylistically, they are a rock and roller bar but in a modern and sophisticated way. With a wood paneled interior, intricately stitched leather couches in the booth area, and a creative appetizer menu, we sampled deep fried cauliflower and okra at the ribbon cutting, this is no grunge dive bar. Revolver is a classy watering hole for the growing community of young professionals in NW Houston.
