Lunar Eclipse 'Blood Moon' Tuesday 4/15 starting 2:00 am CST  (Chart is in EST) Houston isn't just an oil and gas town, it's also known as Space City. It's hard not to be interested in things extraterrestrial. NASA will be fielding questions Monday night at about 11:45 pm and the lunar eclipse, aka 'Blood Moon' should begin to be visible around 1:00 am Tuesday, with a peak period beginning around 2 am.
