Eat up the festive atmosphere of face painters, carnival games, a trivia challenge and musical entertainment while top chefs from around the city try to skewer the competition with sweet and savory dishes presented on a stick. Awards will be given for best dish, most creative and people’s choice. The discussion often came back to the need for greater efficiency and reduced government bureaucracy, which results in time wasted on turf battles instead of focusing on improvements to basics such as roads, food, and clean water.
