It is with great pride that I am hosting the Houston's very first crowdfunding roundtable. Crowdfunding enables entrepreneurs, businesses, and charities to raise money directly through the internet. Last year, roughly $16 billion was raised and this year the industry is on pace to raise $30 billion. Two years ago, several friends of mine and I invited people to join us for lunch every Wednesday. What started as a table of 7 people has grown to a room packed with 60+ weekly attendees sharing their friendship and passing referrals. We are lawyers, doctors, contractors, plumbers, bankers, insurance reps, SEO providers, etc. We are involved in chambers of commerce, BNI groups, charity organizations, churches, schools, and active in the community. JVPNG is a collection of Houston's most active networkers, people who build their businesses one relationship at a time. Join us as we commemorate this important milestone for our organization.
Oh yeah, there shall be plenty of door prizes, live music, and networking.
