German Christmas Market and Festival in Tomball Opens at 6 pm Friday, 10 am on Saturday/Sunday http://www.tomballgermanfest.org/christmas-market/ Enjoy a family-friendly ambience of this music/street festival that features three stages of live music and an open air market, along with antique shops in the old town area. Tap your feet to the musical sounds of performers such as Alpenfest, Chris Rybak, Terry Cavanagh, Das Ist Lustig, Tubameisters and Valina, and get into the festive spirit with the sounds of strolling Christmas carolers. An estimated 175 street vendors will line Market and South Walnut streets, selling German Christmas items, arts and crafts and more. Visit the "Weihnachtshaus" inside the Community Center, which will be filled with German clothes and souvenirs. Four German tents and music stages will house biergartens decorated with German themes and Christmas lights.
